2010-11 (SENIOR): Saw action in 31 games with five starts…Averaged 10.1 points (23rd in the Big Sky), 2.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists…Scored in double figures in 17 games with 20 or more three times…Eight games with four or more three-pointers…Ranked fifth in the Big Sky and 129th in the nation in three-pointers made per game at 2.2…Shot 46.0 percent from the three-point arc (3rd in the Big Sky) and 47.5 percent overall from the field…Made at least one three pointer in 25 of 31 games played…Scored 20 points with five three-pointers in postseason debut against Montana State…Spurred comeback effort with four three-pointers in second half…Had 21 points with five three-pointers against Portland State…Scored 15 points at Idaho State with four assists…Had 15 points against Sacramento State on five three-pointers…Scored 19 points at Montana behind five three-pointers…Had a season-high 28 points against Southwestern with a career-high eight three-pointers…Sat out the Pepperdine game with food poisoning.

PRIOR TO NAU: Transfer from Wyoming who sat out the 2008-09 season due NCAA transfer rules…Played two seasons at the University of Wyoming…Played for Steve McClain and Heath Schroyer…Saw action in 29 games with two starts as a sophomore…Averaged 3.5 points…Scored a season-high 12 points against Arkansas-Pine Bluff…Significant contributor as a freshman…Ranked fifth on the team in scoring, averaging 6.2 points per game, second in the Mountain West Conference among freshman in scoring… Ranked second on the team with 39.1 percent shooting from three-point range with 43 made three pointers…Recorded seven double-figure scoring games, with his season best being a 15-point performance versus TCU in Laramie…As a freshman, he averaged 19.2 minutes per game, played in all 32 games and started two — at Air Force and against New Mexico in Laramie.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Kelly Walsh High School…Played for Kreg Adams…Named the 2006 Wyoming Gatorade Player of the Year…Earned first-team all-state and First Team 4A North All-Conference honors his sophomore, junior and senior years of high school….Averaged 23.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 2.9 steals per game as a senior…Led Kelly Walsh to a 16-9 overall record and an 8-2 record in the 4A North Conference to finish in second place and advance to the state tournament….Named the 4A North Player of the Year for the second consecutive year…Best individual scoring performances as a senior were a 40-point night at Gillette and a 35-point performance versus Cheyenne Central in the first round of the state tournament…Other season highs included grabbing 12 rebounds against Rock Springs, handing out eight assists versus Riverton and making six steals against Rapid City Central High School…As a junior averaged 20.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.1 steals per game…Street & Smith named him an Honorable Mention All-American his junior season….Became the first sophomore in Kelly Walsh history to earn All-State as a sophomore…Also was the North Conference Player of the Year for the 2004-05 season…Holds the Kelly Walsh school records for: most three-point field goals made in a season (72), most three-pointers made in a single game (10) and most free throws made in a single game (18). He was elected a team captain both his junior and senior seasons…Played AAU basketball with the Colorado Chaos in the summers, participating in some of the top AAU tournaments in the country…Earned AAU Division I All-Tournament honors at the Hoosier Shootout, Rumble in the Bay and Top of the Rockies tournaments.

PERSONAL: Born Eric James Platt May 12, 1988 in Casper, Wyo…Son of Patty Platt and the late Brian Platt…Mother and father were college basketball players…Mom played at Midland Lutheran College (Neb.), and his father played at Casper College and Wayne State (Neb.)…Recruited by Colorado State, Nevada, New Mexico, Pepperdine, San Diego, San Diego State, Stanford, UC Santa Barbara and Utah…Was active as a member of the SuperStars Alcohol and Drug Free Program that utilizes high school students to help encourage elementary school students to be drug free…Member of the Kelly Walsh yearbook and student newspaper staffs, and he was a four-year honor student.
